Thanks for your patience. As it is international shipping, the shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking. Also it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.
There are many models in different figures, so we have no idea which sizes they are in. And we have different sizes for different items; you can choose whichever size you want. Please check measurements first before purchase.
Yes, our size chart is standard and you can measure your size according to the size guide and choose the correct size.
We ship the order from China, and we can ship all over the world except Isle of Man, Bailiwick of Jersey.
Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment. We will give priority to items marked “Priority Dispatch”, but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page. and the shipping time doesn’t include the processing time. The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors which that style dress is produced in. We also show all the pictures we have available, so if the picture is not shown we cannot show you that dress in that color.
The BossLadayStore can ship orders WORLDWIDE. You must note the import tax condition in your own country before ordering.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
